- Accommodation Prices
Please refer to the prices displayed for each accommodation plan and on the booking page.
Displayed prices include consumption tax.
- Additional Charges
There are no required charges other than the accommodation charge and cleaning fee.

- Payment Timing
For standard reservations, 100% of the total reservation amount will be automatically charged to the registered credit card 7 days before check-in.
For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged after the reservation is confirmed.
If a reservation is cancelled between 30 and 8 days before check-in, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation amount will apply. The cancellation fee will be charged to the registered credit card 7 days before the originally scheduled stay.
- Time of Service Provision
Accommodation services will be provided on the dates of stay specified in the reservation.
- Cancellations
- Up to 31 days before check-in: No cancellation fee
- From 30 days through 8 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount
- From 7 days before check-in through the date of arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount
- No-show without notice: 100% of the total reservation amount
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total reservation amount, including the accommodation charge and cleaning fee.

- Nature of the Accommodation Service
Due to the nature of accommodation services, returns are not possible after the accommodation service has been provided.
