About Your Stay
On your check-in day, we will provide instructions on how to enter the villa.
We will let you know which villa you will be staying in with the check-in information provided on the day of arrival.
Yes. If both villas are available, you can book both for the same stay.
If either villa already has a reservation, booking both villas will not be possible.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the plan you book and the booking channel you use.
Please check the cancellation policy shown when you make your reservation.
Amenities & Services
Bath towels, face towels, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers and other basic amenities are provided.
Razors, combs or brushes, skincare products, pajamas and other nightwear are not provided, so please bring anything you may need.
Yes. Baby cribs, high chairs, baby baths, baby monitors, baby tableware, toys and other items are available.
Baby items are not permanently kept in the villa. Please let us know before your stay if you would like to use them.
Linen changes, housekeeping during your stay and luggage storage are not included in our standard services.

House Rules & Surroundings
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa.
Pets are not permitted.
For safety and property management reasons, we also ask that only registered guests enter the villa.
Because the villa is surrounded by nature, you may occasionally see insects or geckos depending on the season and weather.
We take measures to reduce them as much as possible, but we appreciate your understanding that the villa is located in a natural environment. Insect-control supplies are also provided.
